Are you a woman 5'10" or taller?  Looking for respectable fashions? It's not easy!! These resources may help you. I included tailors in the list so you'll be able to get clothes that fit just right in the styles of your choice.

Notes: If you are unsure what length you should buy, always go longer. For legs, go below the ankles, and for the arms, go about an inch past the bone in your wrist. Also, all addresses are in the USA unless otherwise specified.

Buckle.com is awesome for jeans. They have 34", 35", 36", and 37" inseam jeans.

C&C (candccalifornia.com) makes really long tanktops, and super-long-sleeve tops.

Banana Republic is also awesome, though not specifically made for tall chicks.

J.Crew offers tall women's apparel. I have purchased a few of their tops and they have a nice fit.

Cinderellashoes, large ladies or women shoes

I wear a size 13 or 14 shoe depending on brand and I feel that zappos.com <http://zappos.com>  is an indispensible resource. They have a great selection of shoes, sandals, heels, flats, boots.

In regards to finding longer pant lengths, I found that victoriassecret.com is an awesome site to find the longer inseams. They have many choices in 32" and 34" inseams for those of us taller gals that love to wear heels. They do have a wide variety of prices. They also have a wide variety of fits as well.
